Even Pace Join the waitlist

Missed a run? Slept badly? Your plan adjusts after every workout.

Even Pace reads each run from Apple Health, checks how it went and reshapes the rest of your week, so you stay on track without starting over.

For iPhone and Apple Watch. Launching December 2026.

Week view after a missed Tuesday: speed-ups moved to Thursday, the rest of the week unchanged

A training day, handled

The plan comes to you, the run goes to Apple Health, and the next session is ready before you’ve showered.

Today’s run arrives

What to run and at what heart rate. Nothing to plan.

Workout screen: warm up under 148 bpm, then six one-minute speed-ups
You run

Your Apple Watch records it. Every step has a heart rate or an effort to hold.

Run review: 88% of the run at easy heart rate, Sunday's long run moved from 72 to 78 minutes
The plan adjusts

Each run is reviewed and the rest of the week reshaped around how it went.

Ask about any run

Say your knee felt tight or Saturday is busy. You get a straight answer and a plan that already reflects it.

Conversation about a run: the runner mentions a tight knee and Friday becomes an easy run

Your week, already planned

Every session has a purpose and a number to hold: minutes, heart rate or effort. Open the app, see today, run.

Week view: one run done, today an easy run of 40 minutes at 135 to 148 bpm

Progress you can measure

Your pace at the same heart rate, and how much you ran each week, easy and hard. When the pace gets faster, you are fitter, not just trying harder.

Progress: pace at 145 bpm is 7:05 per km, 35 seconds faster in 6 weeks, and weekly running volume split into easy and hard

Built on how coaches train runners

Most runners run their easy days too fast and their hard days too slow. Coaches fix that with a simple balance: about 80% of running time easy, 20% hard.

Even Pace keeps that balance for you. Easy runs are set by your heart rate, hard sessions by effort, and a lighter week comes every few weeks so the training sticks.

Questions

Do I need an Apple Watch?

It works best with one. Even Pace reads your runs and heart rate from Apple Health, so a watch or app that saves runs there works too.

I’m not fast. Is this for me?

Yes. Your plan starts from what you run now, whether that is your first 5K or a half marathon.

How is this different from a plan I can download?

A downloaded plan doesn’t know you missed Tuesday or slept four hours. Even Pace reviews every run and changes the days ahead to match.

Is there an Android version?

Not at launch. Even Pace starts on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Is this medical advice?

No. Even Pace is a training tool. When something hurts it suggests rest, and for pain that lasts, see a doctor.

When does it launch?

December 2026. People on the waitlist hear first and get the first year at half price.
